Standard Local Delivery

  • The standard delivery covers Melbourne Metro area.
  • You can check the delivery charge and minimum order amount for free delivery by entering the postcode on the above postcode field.
  • Most orders in this delivery zone will be delivered in afternoon or evening.
  • You can order frozen, refrigerated and heavy items in the standard delivery.

    • Australia Post Parcel Delivery

  • Australia Post delivery covers Australia wide except Melbourne. There is no minimum order requirement.
  • The maximum weight using Australia Post is 22kg.
  • You can check the delivery charge on the checkout page.
  • We do not post temperature sensetive, heavy items using Australia Post.
  • Most order will be processed in two business days. Temporary delays may occur, we will update you in that case.

    • Sendle Parcel Delivery

  • Sendle parcel delivery covers Melbourne where no minimum order requirement.
  • You can check the delivery charge on the checkout page.
  • The maximum weight using Sendle is 23kg.
  • We do not post temperature sensetive, heavy items using Sendle Parcel Service.
  • Most order will be processed in one business days and delivered in 3-5 Business Days after dispacth. Temporary delays may occur, we will update you in that case.

    • Shipping Proccessing Time

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or sms once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if any.

    Damages

    If the delivery is coming from our courier partners, we will not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    We currently do not ship outside the Australia.
