SCHEZWAN NOODLES
Ingredients: 1 Cake (150g) Ching's Secret
Veg Hakka Noodles* 2-3 tbsp Ching's Secret
Schezwan Chutney * 2 cups chopped
vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum & onion) (Optional: You can add 50g of boiled shredded chicken too)* 2 tbsp oil* Salt to taste.
Method: Cook the noodles as per instructions
on pack. Heat oil in frying pan & stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes. Add noodles, Ching's Secret Schezwan Chutney & sprinkle 1-2 tsp water & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt. Garnish with spring onion greens & serve hot!
VEG. HAKKA CHOW
Ingredients:* 1 Cake (150g) Ching's Secret Veg Hakka Noodles 2 tsp Ching's Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala * 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrot, mushroom, cabbage, capsicum & onion)* 1 Small bunch of spinach (chopped) 4 tbsp oil* Salt to taste
Method: Cook the noodles as per instructions on pack. Heat oil in frying pan & stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes. Add chopped spinach & stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add noodles, Ching's Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala & sprinkle 1-2 tsp of water. Mix well and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Adjust salt. Garnish with spring onion greens & serve hot!
